Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope and seller

Version 2026-10-26. These terms apply to digital purchases made by consumers on Votre Essentiel. The seller is Nisha Hanggely, sole trader (micro-enterprise), trading as Votre Essentiel — SIRET 941 934 614 00012 — 86 chemin de la Turche de Bérouze, 74340 Samoëns, France — email: affiliation.indispensable@gmail.com — telephone: 06 22 90 65 50. See also the legal notice.

Votre Essentiel services are reserved for adults (aged 18 or over).

2. What you purchase

The morphology sheet is provided in the language selected when ordering (French or English). For the Human Design report, you can choose French or English after payment and before generation. This choice is locked when generation begins and does not change the language of the order, emails or morphology sheet. The two bonuses, the “Décoder le visage” ebook and the “Prompt universel” document, are the same for everyone and provided in French. The original “Décoder le visage” ebook is delivered as is, without recomposition. The personalised “Le visage en harmonie” sheet (A3) and the two bonuses are separate downloads. “Le visage en harmonie” is not an ebook.

Prices are stated in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code. The total amount is displayed again on the payment screen before confirmation. Check this total before paying; these offers do not involve a subscription.

3. Order and payment

You provide the necessary information, read the offer and these terms, then confirm secure payment through Stripe. Access is conditional on payment confirmation verified on the server. A URL or a status displayed in the browser is not sufficient to open paid documents.

The transaction receipt is managed by Stripe. For any difficulty with the documents, use the Contact page and provide the order date and your payment email address, without sending any card number.

4. Delivery and compatibility

After payment confirmation, you can start generating the report or sheet from your access page. The report or sheet is generally available within 5 minutes of payment confirmation, on the website and through the personal link sent by email. Exceptionally, this may take longer depending on the quality of the information provided or the availability of the services used; in all cases, delivery takes place within 48 hours at the latest.

A recent browser, an internet connection and a PDF reader are required. HTML reports can be exported using the browser’s print/save as PDF function; original ebooks can be downloaded directly. Signed download links are temporary and can be renewed from your paid access page. Keep a local copy of your documents and your private access link.

If photos are insufficient or generation is impossible, contact the seller to resolve the problem or request that your rights be applied. Your documents remain accessible without a time limit, for as long as the Votre Essentiel service remains in operation. If the service closes, you will be informed by email at least 30 days in advance so that you can download your documents. We recommend keeping a PDF copy of your documents.

5. Withdrawal and immediate access

Consumers generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw. Personalisation of a report does not, by itself, remove this right.

You may request that the service begin and that you receive access to the content before this period ends. The website’s immediate-access checkbox does not constitute an automatic waiver of the right of withdrawal. No waiver is currently applied through this process.

For services begun at your express request, the statutory rules concerning a proportionate amount for the service actually performed may apply. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of the right requires, in particular, prior express consent, acknowledgement of that loss and confirmation on a durable medium; merely making the content available is not sufficient.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement through Contact; you may also write to affiliation.indispensable@gmail.com or by post to Nisha Hanggely – Votre Essentiel, 86 chemin de la Turche de Bérouze, 74340 Samoëns, France. Example form: “I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for [offer], ordered on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Order email: […]. Date: […].” No reason is required. Refunds due are made under the statutory conditions and deadlines, generally no later than 14 days after receipt of your statement.

6. Statutory guarantees

Applicable statutory guarantees are not excluded. The seller is responsible for the conformity of digital content and services under Articles L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. For a one-off supply, defects appearing within two years of supply may give rise to rights under the guarantee; for continuous supply, the guarantee covers the supply period specified in the contract.

In the event of a defect, you may request that conformity be restored free of charge and, where the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The procedures and statutory information box appropriate to the offer must be finalised by the seller. An editorial limitation or a subjective assessment does not remove these rights.

7. Data and use of documents

The privacy policy describes the processing of information and photos. The documents are intended for personal use, without diagnosis or prediction. Customers’ private photos are not used in the generic ebooks.

8. Complaints and mediation

First send a written complaint to the seller through Contact or to affiliation.indispensable@gmail.com. In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, after a prior written complaint to the seller remains unresolved, consumers may use the following consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris – www.cm2c.net. The request can be submitted online at www.cm2c.net within one year of the written complaint.

French law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections to which they are entitled. These terms do not impose an exclusive court on consumers.
