Information used and purposes

• Human Design: first name, date, time and place of birth to calculate the chart and prepare the requested report.
• Morphology: first name and two photographs, front and profile, to produce a personalised descriptive sheet.
• Order: purchase reference, payment status and contact details needed for delivery and access messages. Card details are processed by Stripe, not by the website form.
• Contact: name, email, optional telephone number and message to respond to your request.

Performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps provides the basis for processing necessary for the order. Photo processing is also subject to explicit agreement during the process. Legal obligations may justify retaining supporting records. The precise legal bases, particularly for automated photo analysis, remain to be validated by the controller.

Photos and automated analysis

Photos are sent to an automated analysis service to produce visual observations. They are not used to identify a person, establish a diagnosis or infer psychological characteristics. The images provided must be your own or used with the permission of the person concerned. Photos of minors are not accepted.

Photos are stored in a private space. They are not published or included in the generic ebooks. Do not send identity documents or medical information.

Service providers and transfers

The website uses Lovable Cloud for storage and functions, Stripe for payments, BodyGraph for Human Design calculations and OpenAI for certain generations and analyses. Transactional messages use the sending service connected to Lovable.

The contractual list of processors, their processing locations, their own retention periods and the safeguards applicable to transfers outside the European Economic Area must be confirmed and specified. This page does not claim that all data is processed exclusively in France.

Retention and deletion

Original photos uploaded for analysis are automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Any failed deletion is retried on the next run of the deletion task.

Your complete facial morphology sheet, including the embedded portraits needed to read it, is retained in your private space for as long as Votre Essentiel operates, or until you request deletion. Deleting the original photos therefore does not remove the portraits embedded in your sheet. Your sheet remains available to view and print after 30 days.

You can permanently delete your sheet and its portraits using “Delete my sheet and portraits”, after confirmation. This also deletes any original photos still held for this order. It does not delete your Human Design report, bonus documents or order records subject to statutory retention requirements. Copies downloaded to your devices remain under your control.

Human Design reports may be stored in your browser so you can view them without generating them again. You can clear the website data in your browser. Your Human Design reports are retained for as long as the service remains in operation, so you can access them at any time. You can request their deletion at any time through the Contact page. Order records are retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations. Messages sent through the Contact page are retained for 3 years after the last exchange.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing under the conditions of the GDPR. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out; this may prevent completion of an analysis that is not yet finished.

Send your request through Contact, specifying the right you wish to exercise and the address used for the order. A proportionate verification of your identity may be necessary. A response is normally provided within one month, subject to statutory extensions. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.

Cookies and local storage

Your browser may store data necessary for operation, report viewing and payment. Stripe technologies are subject to its own information notices. Any addition of non-essential trackers must be accompanied by information and, where required, prior consent; no advertising consent is inferred from a purchase.
